About Us

We bring caring home nursing and support to you. “Its about trust, consistency and finding the right solution for our participants and patients.” We think even small acts can change someones life. Our Mission is to provide exceptional acts of healthcare services from the heart to your door.

Company History

Humble Acts of Service (QLD) was founded by our Director, Kiara, on the Sunshine Coast after years of experience across various disability support services. Through this journey, Kiara recognised a gap—many providers overlooked the unique needs, goals, and dignity of each individual. She chose to refer to those we support not simply as “participants,” but as “Care Recipients”, reflecting a deeper respect for their lived experience and individual personalities.

As the business grew, Humble Acts of Service relocated to Toowoomba alongside Kiara, who continues to lead with compassion and integrity. She remains actively involved, conducting regular check-ins with our Care Recipients to ensure their voices are heard and their goals supported.

Now operating for over three years, our service has grown steadily while staying true to our founding mission: to build trust, deliver consistent care, and seek the best possible solutions for every individual we support.

Why Choose Us?

At Humble Acts of Service, we are a team of qualified nursing professionals. Our Director and team members are either registered nurses or hold formal qualifications in disability support, each bringing hands-on experience in their area of care.

Our team is guided by our Director, a registered nurse with a background in emergency nursing, disability support, and neuroscience. Her leadership ensures that clinical insight, compassion, and evidence-based practice remain at the heart of everything we do.

We proudly follow a person-centred care model, meaning we tailor our support to your individual needs, preferences, and goals. We believe every person is unique and deserving of care that honours their story, strengths, and aspirations. Respect for diversity and individuality is not just a value—it’s a commitment we live by in every interaction.
